Pre-dawn treeline over a Western ridge

Outfitters

Hello, Western outfitters and guides — I met you in person.

We film the hunt. Your client keeps every second of it. We don’t keep a copy.

What we do

A shadow comes out with the hunt and puts a camera on it — nothing else changes. Your guide runs the hunt exactly like always; the shadow just stays back and stays quiet, never between your guide and the client. There’s no crew to feed, house, or answer for. We bring our own camp and cover our own ground.

Your client pays us directly at a day/night rate covering up to 16 hours. You never see a bill and you never see a cut. What’s left when it’s over is a real record of your guide’s work — nothing with your name on it that could ever land back on you.

In the field

Nobody drops a stranger into your backcountry. Every shadow hunts before they ever carry a camera, and none of them go out on your name until they’ve proven it in the field first. Camo matched, face covered, no radio — nothing for your guide to manage, nothing for the client to notice. They hang back off the client the same distance the client hangs back off your guide, quieter than both.

They stay out as long as the hunt runs — three days or three weeks, doesn’t matter. Once they’re out there, you don’t think about it again.

What your client gets

Every client gets a dedicated hard drive containing the full footage — everything we shot, untouched. A single day/night rate, covering up to 16 hours, is the minimum engagement and includes the drive.

Once the drive is delivered, we verify that it’s working and the files are intact. We keep our working copy only until that verification is complete, then delete it for good. Nobody outside your client ever sees a frame of it.

What’s next

I’d like to offer you one free day of filming. I’ll go into the field with you or one of your guides, record some footage, and make a 20-second commercial. You get the only copies of the footage.

You’ll see the quality, the perspective I capture, and what huntshadow looks like featuring your own guide.

You’ve already got my card—my number, my email, in your hand. Pick a day that works for your guide, call or email, and I’ll be standing by, ready to go.
